Making my own plaster molds

I'm getting into slipcasting and working on making my own plaster molds but I need best practices for preparing and maintaining plaster molds to ensure its durability and consistent casting results and how do you manage drying times to avoid cracking or warping? sealants or surface treatments recos to extend mold life?
what pitfalls should I watch out for when mixing and pouring plaster for molds? dont tell me everything to know please. Thanks

Good questions, always use clean water and mix plaster slowly to avoid air bubbles, let molds dry fully in a cool, dry spot to prevent cracks

I'd be careful not to rush the drying, molds need to fully cure before use, or they'll crack or stick. Are you air-drying them in a warm space with good airflow?
